Kevin Gardner, the owner and founder of Polynesian Development, Inc., has been a Big Island resident since 1986. He studied Architecture at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo and became a licensed contractor in 1976. His specialty is building cutting edge custom residential homes and commercial projects.
